Highly decorative elements in the kitchen, open shelves

William Morris famously said, "Don't have anything in your house thatyou don't think is useful or you don't think it's pretty."
There is a mix of really interesting sensations when we talk about open shelves. They give it personality and above all a taste of home. Of course, on these open shelves make sure that you are only going to decorate them with beautiful elements and you are going to store the other utensils that are useful but not so aesthetic.
Here we propose three styles for three types of kitchens:
Neutral, white kitchens with a touch of wood: Follow the style of this kitchen and put simple shelves made of natural wood. Place white, glass or earthy and/or natural crockery. It also works very well to combine with beautiful wooden utensils.
For more cheerful kitchens and even for those that are neutral, you can contrast by combining them with tableware of brighter colors and some prints, it is a good one that can look really good and fun.
In order not to see a meaningless "potpourri", everything must go along the same lines; the straight flush should be similar; for example in pastel tones or primary tones. Here too it will look great to intersperse with flower vases, decorative letters, vintage-style jars...
And finally, for those kitchens with a more rustic style , you can enhance the style with solid wood shelves and place more traditional crockery, with beautiful and antique utensils.
