Today we travel to Madrid to delight ourselves with a surprising renovation. Before the space was an office, after the brilliant interior design project, today it is an open, bright and stylish apartment. Will you join us on this Home Tour?

The flat had been an office in the eighties; so it was compartmentalized in numerous offices and rooms. One of the premises of the current owner was to turn these old offices into a warm and welcoming home with as few divisions as possible. This was the roadmap on which the interior design studio Plante Estudio, authors of the reform, began to work.

To achieve this change in its interior, the first thing that was done was to completely demolish the interior, saving only the structural elements. In this way, a new, more open-plan distribution could be proposed, allowing the creation of a spacious living-dining room that together with the kitchen occupy the central part of the new apartment and the bedroom at the other end of the house.

Thanks to the new layout, the living areas have become spacious and full of light.

With the floor plan completely open it was important to dress its interior to achieve a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The play of materials, finishes and textures plays a fundamental role in bringing this feeling to the apartment.

The white walls together with the oak wood parquet create a sophisticated and solid canvas where the mixtures of reclaimed furniture, latest trend pieces and fresh furniture in natural materials stand out. Would you use this type of mixture to decorate your home?

These contrasts create a fresh, unusual decoration, full of style and personality, in which the tastes and lifestyle of its owner are reflected.
Don't you find the games of materials and furniture that have been used to decorate this apartment very interesting?
