The kitchens together with the bathrooms are the rooms of the house that look the most outdated in a home. Not very functional layouts, "old-fashioned" materials, simple finishes, poor lighting, etc. These are some of the "problems" that a kitchen can present.
If you are considering giving your kitchen a new look, create a modern, practical, functional space with personal touches; Today's post is of interest to you. Today we want to share with you the spectacular renovation of a kitchen. A before and after of an eclectic style cuisine, which will undoubtedly not leave you indifferent. What do you think? Do we see change?

Before seeing the final result, we want to show you how the kitchen was before the renovation.

Words are superfluous, right? A space damaged by water, electrical fires, dead cockroaches and a long etcetera.
The space itself posed a series of handicamiv, a sloping roof, a space with very little natural light; These were some of the "problems" that had to be solved and improved in the new kitchen.

At the time of proposing the new layout, the fridge had to be located in a space that would not hinder (neither visually nor functionally) the new kitchen. After several approaches, it was decided to locate this large piece. It was decided to place it on the back wall (where the inclination is lower) and around it furniture was designed for storage.
To create a space full of natural light, new windows and access to the outside were opened. In this way, the new kitchen is a space full of light. Although the kitchen is tiny, thanks to the natural light it creates a visual effect of greater amplitude.

The new kitchen was laid out in a "U" shape. This design helps to create a practical and very functional space. As it has a sloping ceiling, it was decided not to use upper cabinets, these are replaced by open shelves as decorative details.

As for the design and finishes of the new kitchen, white is the main protagonist. This shade has been used for the new furniture, the snowy quartz countertops and the backsplash. For the latter, after presenting several proposals, it was decided to use hexagonal tiles that add a plus of style and personality to the new kitchen.

Another aspect to highlight of the new space is the sink. They opted for a black one that matches the taps. A detail that adds contrast and distinction to the kitchen.

To add extra warmth, if you look closely the kitchen has been complemented with elements and details in natural wood. These natural touches are very current.

Last but not least, we want you to notice the play of lights that have been used for the new design. Industrial line wall lights in chrome finish that coexist perfectly with vintage style ceiling lamps with transparent globe. A combination full of style. Don't you think?

There are many solutions that can be used to give a new look to a kitchen. We hope that you liked the before and after that we share with you today and gives you ideas to change those things you don't like about your stay.
