The first thing that has caught my attention about this house is the swing hanging in the living room and the second thing is that sepia tone that surrounds each image, is it just me or do you appreciate it too? And that warm effect makes this house an even more special place than it already is, because its decoration is wonderful: minimalist, careful, cozy, bright and modern, come on it has it all.
To give you an idea, the ceilings of the house touch the sky and the windows are real viewpoints from where you can appreciate the beauty of a city like Amsterdam.
It is a house that is rented for family holidays, with an open kitchen and attached to the living room and with just the right and necessary details to attract its target audience, since we find beautiful toys parked throughout the rooms and this gives it a most endearing touch.
The decorative style is totally Scandinavian, we see it in almost all the furniture and colors used (Eames Chairs, pastel tones, white wood...) but I also appreciate a certain interest in the city of New York, for example in the painting hanging next to the bed in the master bedroom, in the industrial air spotlights and in the letters that form a phrase on the wall of the desk, Do you want to know what it says? Well, stay until the end of the post. ;-)
And perhaps the person who decorated the house had a predilection for the Big Apple or perhaps it is simply a way to attract the attention of potential American customers... Be that as it may, the fact is that this New York touch makes this apartment an even more special and appetizing place.
