Interior design, decoration and architecture professionals have a laser vision that reaches what the eyes of other people do not see, and that is that, those responsible for the renovation of the apartment that I show you today, have managed to turn 45 square meters into a cozy, modern and sophisticated home with fully integrated environments. Not an easy task!

This house has an integrated dining room, living room and kitchen, a completely independent bedroom and bathroom and, in addition, they have thought about the possibility of needing an additional bedroom, so they have taken advantage of the height of the ceiling to create a mezzanine that they can take advantage of to locate a second room in it.

The decoration is light, white on the furniture and on the walls combined with warm tones such as ochres, earths... That break the coldness that a single neutral color can give us.

The key to distribution is in visual continuity
As those responsible for the project explain, the idea was to create continuity to visually lengthen the spaces. When space is small, we have to stick to the main needs that we have in a home, such as open spaces, minimalist lines, pleasant and cozy tones and a sense of visual continuity, which has been achieved through the use of white in most of the decoration of the house.

One of the things I like most about the renovation is how the kitchen has been fully integrated into the living room, despite being joined they seem totally independent environments and this has been possible because the decorative criterion has been maintained, no other style has been created or alternative colors have been used, harmony has been maintained so that, Visually, everything is in harmony, that is why the appliances have been shoveled in the same finish as the furniture, in this way they are hidden and do not clash with the decoration of the living room.

A small apartment that does not lack detail, the bedroom with a combined wall, half finished in white, half exposed brick, an elegant and functional bathroom, a fully used hall with a small shoe rack and a coat rack... And even a mini balcony that gives us the possibility of placing a table and chairs on it to be able to use it in the summer season.

A great job for this small and flirty apartment.
