Today we travel to the island of Menorca to visit a house in the purest Mediterranean style. Its location, interiors and decoration make it a safe bet to spend your holidays. Its environments exude calm, calm and harmony. Shall we visit it?

The landscape is idyllic, the house is located in front of the Mediterranean. Its architecture is native to the island and in its rehabilitation many traditional elements have been preserved.
Its interiors stand out for their enormous simplicity. Where white is the main protagonist in almost the entire house.

Furniture made from recycled natural fibers or created by the owners of the house; They are in charge of dressing the different spaces. The final result, environments full of harmony, tranquility and relaxation.

In the image you can see how some bamboo lanterns have been converted into lamps for the living area. A detail that brings style and personality to the environment.

The main floor is open-plan in which the living room, dining room and kitchen share a single space. The different spaces are delimited by the original load-bearing walls of the construction. This architectural solution makes it possible to differentiate the different areas without breaking the visual unity.

The kitchen is completely integrated into the living room. For the new design, we opted for plain furniture, without handles and in the same colour as the wall. To delimit and separate the two rooms, a storage unit was designed, which at the same time serves as a bar in a bluish gray finish. A delicate note of color that contrasts with the white base.

The base colour is contrasted by the turquoise blue that has been used to paint the sliding doors that give access to one of the rooms. A very original idea that allows you to add color to the environment without breaking the decorative aesthetic.

On the upper floor the master bedroom has been located as a suite, where the bedroom and bathroom are fully connected. The separation of the two spaces is given by an original wall that includes the shower on one side and niches on the side of the bedroom. Doesn't it seem like a perfect design to delimit the two areas?

To make the most of the moments of rest, the exteriors of the house have been designed and equipped with furniture made of natural fibers, comfortable and functional.

Simplicity, white and natural fibres are the main protagonists of the decoration of this house in the purest Mediterranean style.
