After the halfway point of November, it's time to think about Christmas, what we're going to give and, of course, what we want to be given :). That's why today we bring you an unconditional DIY for these dates, the advent calendar, so that we can start the countdown to the long-awaited Christmas Day.
Before showing us the repertoire of ideas that we liked the most, a little bit of history that never hurts. The origin of the advent calendar dates back to the nineteenth century in Germany, it was a tradition for the little ones to light a candle for each day of the Advent period, that is, from Advent Sunday to Christmas Eve.
This DIY is perfect to put into practice with the little ones in the house, they will enjoy it as much as we do. And then, the proposals that we have compiled for their style, their originality or because we simply loved them. You will see that most of them can be made without problem because they are 100% handmade with very simple or easy to get materials.
We hope you put some of these ideas into practice and if you want to surprise us with your most original advent calendars, you can share them on our Facebook wall, so that the entire Miv community can sign new and creative ideas with which to decorate their homes this Christmas.
- With a panel lined with fabric, bags and Christmas details we can create a simple and Nordic-style advent calendar, ideal for decorating the living room.

- Another creative and very trendy idea, making an advent calendar with washi tapes is quick, fun and original.

-And to finish two proposals, the first, an advent calendar perfect to set the mood and decorate the room of the little ones and, the second more romantic option, who doesn't like to receive messages inside a bottle?
