Small and well distributed apartment

The house that I bring you today shows us an original distribution with which to gain spaciousness and achieve open-plan and comfortable rooms.

It is true that there are 41 square meters with many possibilities, you could even have opted for an American kitchen and thus gained an independent room to build a bedroom, but it is clear that when designing a home key factors such as the person or people who are going to inhabit it are taken into account. Their lifestyle, tastes and needs, in this sense, it is not the same to distribute spaces for a couple with children as for a single or single couple.

In this house, visually, the space has tripled thanks to the placement of the bed in a mezzanine, a daring and original solution, but also very efficient when we are looking for spacious, bright and simple spaces. In this way, both the living room and the kitchen are especially spacious, something very common in Scandinavian countries, which give more importance to these rooms and, if they want to sacrifice something, prefer to reduce bedroom space.

The decoration is Nordic with neutral colors and white as a predominant, an elegant, fresh and youthful style.

It is undoubtedly a cozy and familiar mini apartment, ideal for someone independent or for a simple weekend stay.
