Before and after an attic. 'Low-Cost' Reform

An old-fashioned penthouse built in 1951 that after a successful renovation has become a "manual of good ideas" 

A more functional redistribution together with the recovery and integration of its two terraces have given this house an extraordinary luminosity and an integration between the exterior and the interior thanks to these well-used spaces.

Upon entering the house you find the living room and dining room that have been decorated with few pieces such as our "Italy" dining chair in gray and wooden floors in light tones. The kitchen is open to the dining room.

The kitchen has a mini bar for breakfasts with white lacquered furniture and a silestone countertop. The floors are paved with tiles that imitate hydraulic floors with a beautiful result that also solves an economical idea to stand out. The two stools play perfectly with this combination of materials.

There are tiles that never pass like the tile or subway type tile, which here has been a great success because it is a low-cost material that offers

to this kitchen a clean and simple aesthetic.

An "In&Out" piece like this wicker chair in turquoise blue to integrate outdoor and indoor spaces is an excellent idea to give it a little color and joy when we have a white and light wood base. 

A simple hallway that needs nothing more than a shelf and a mirror to offer everything you need in this area of the house.

The two bedrooms of this apartment are connected by one of the terraces, thus providing a plus of light and a feeling of space.

The master bedroom is simply decorated in pink and blue tones and enjoys a dressing room, an integrated bathroom and a work area

The bedroom BEFORE the renovation

The bathroom has an irregular shape in plan so we looked for an imitation tile with triangles of different colors to adapt it to this floor. The furniture has been chosen in light natural wood and the same meter-type tiles for the wall coverings.
